Throughout the DialersPro system a nice method called "Manage By Exception" is applied, allowing you to filter only the leads that need attention, and nothing more!
Not only this, but a color code is apply as well: You'll see leads that need attention in Green, and overdue leads in Red!
Such a system helps you to reduce workload and concentrate on what you need to do.
