I decided to purchase the DialersPro system back in 2011. Tal and his team went above and beyond to train my staff and to ensure that the system integration within the company will be as fast and efficient as possible. Since then the system were upgraded many times including the lead management and production management modules addition. To give you some idea, my company’s reputation and integrity brought me to a point when I decided to stop doing telemarketing since there are more than enough clients that find us on the internet. The DialersPro system shines even without the dialer itself! The lead management portion of the system allows my staff to easily process the leads. My project managers are a vital part of my company’s success. Projects that are finished on time, on budget and most importantly to a full client’s satisfaction is my company’s policy. We got the cluster option from DialersPro because we looked for flexibility at a fixed price. Their dialer cluster supports anywhere between 5 to 60 telemarketers at once under one dialer interface. One place to manage our campaigns and listings for different telemarketer rooms. We are not limited to four lines per agent as with cloud based alternatives and can dial at a speed that we choose and control. The cluster can reach 3-5 seconds waiting time between live calls. If you looking to save you can purchase the system instead of pay a monthly payment per seat. We calculated the expenses and figured that if we buy the system with our current amount of telemarketers we will start saving after a year. American Solar Solutions As one of the leading Solar Companies in the greater Los Angeles area we knew that we need more than just a dialer. The more expensive your product is the more time and process is required to handle the lead. Therefore we needed competent lead management software as well. Installing a solar system is a complicated process with a lot of steps in the middle. Therefore a project management was needed. We used to work with excel, a bunch of forms and other relevant paperwork with at times could be quite difficult to handle. When we first found DialersPro we understood that this is what we need and now what left are the details. Most of the dialers on the market come with a basic lead management system integrated but if you want something more advanced and you need project management on top of it you have to purchase standalone software. And you need to talk to two different companies for support. The system seemed like a lot to handle at once and implementing it in our office wasn’t expected to be easy. Our company has 3 office locations with telemarketers in LA. Each location has a dialer that we purchased from DialersPro. The technical support that DialersPro provides is simply the best. We don’t have an onsite IT personnel, so this was a crucial factor for us. Fine-tuning the campaigns and other technical stuff can become tricky very easily. On the system side, we got everything that was promised. We were able to reach more clients which allowed us to expand our business. The lead management system is easy to use after you get used to it a bit. The fact that project management is also integrated in the dialer system and you don’t need another to get yet another program to run in your business is a big plus.
