This tab contains all the existing projects in Dialer Pro. The user can add a new project from this screen. The user can filter the existing projects by project status and select the required project. He can print the cover page for the project and open project documents.
What you see in the Projects tab:
Recalculate button is used to compare the different project's values to the database and correct them if needed.
Projects log.
Allows to filter the Projects list to show only the specific runner's or specific salesman's or specific manager's associated projects.
NOTE: If someone selected in filter (3) the Open SP and Contracts and some of the Accounting tabs will be filtered by the
selected individual.
All button shows all existing projects in every stage.
New button shows only new projects.
Production button shows only the projects currently in production.
I2A button shows only the projects with existing invoices waiting to be approved.
B2A button shows only the projects with existing bids waiting to be approved.
Completed button shows completed projects.
Canceled button shows canceled projects.
Production Reports show various reports associated with production.
New Project button opens the New Project Form.
Delete Project button deletes the selected project.
Print Cover Page button prints a cover page with the selected project details.
Projects' Docs menu.
Project's Documents button opens Documents of ______ screen that contains all the documents associated with the project.
Customers button opens the customer list screen.
Project's Activities opens the Production Control screen.
Calendar not in use.
Recordings button opens the recordings list of the current project.
Lead Properties opens the lead properties screen.
Close button closes the menu.
H button opens the history button.
SMS button allows to send an SMS to salesmen or a contractor.
How to use the Projects tab:
Find the required project by filtering the existing projects by status.
Click on All (4) to view all existing projects in project list (2).
Click on New (5) to view only new projects.
Click on Production (6) to view projects currently in production.
Click on I2A (7) to view projects with existing invoices that are waiting to be approved.
Click on B2A (8) to view projects with existing bids that are waiting to be approved.
Click on Completed (9) to view only the completed projects.
Click on Cancel (10) to view only the canceled projects.
Select the required project in project list (2).
Find the required project by typing the existing information in the search project box.
While in Projects tab start typing the information you do have available associated with the required project.
Note: You can search by Name, Last Name, Address, Phone #, Cell #, Project # and etc.
Click Enter.
Open Documents associated with the project.
Click on Projects' Docs to view the Projects' Docs menu.
Click on Projects' Documents to view the scanned documents associated with the project.
Create a new project.
NOTE: Make sure you moved the leads disposition to sold in the dispatch screen.
Click on New Project.
Fill in the lead details in the New Project Form.
Follow instructions on the New Project Form.
Purpose of the New Project Form:
This screen allows the user to create a new project or to create an additional project for an existing client.
What you see in the New Project tab:
New Project from new lead button opens a list of leads that are ready to be converted to a project.
Child Project from Existing Customer button opens a list of existing projects.
Projects details fields.
Salesmen details fields.
Work to do area contains all the required work to do in this project.
Manage work to do button allows to manage existing products and add more if required.
Continue button saves the project and continues to the next screen.
Cancel button cancels the changes and closes the New Project Form window.
How to use the New Project Form:
Create a project for an existing client.
Click on Child Project from Existing Customer.
Select an existing customer from the customers list.
Click Select Customer!
Fill the information in fields 3 and 5.
Click on Manage work to do (6) to manage existing products for the current project.
Click on Continue (7) to continue to the next screen.
Create a new project.
Click on New Project from new lead.
Select the required lead from the sold leads list.
Click on Select.
Fill the information in fields 3 and 5.
Click on Manage work to do (6) to manage existing products for the current project.
