Create / Edit Check

Purpose of the Create / Edit Check Screen:

This screen is used to enter and/or modify a check information.

What you see in the Create / Edit Check Screen:

Scan Check button allows the user to scan the check and store the scan in the program.
Account: Receivable fields.
Save button saves the changes.
Cancel button cancels the changes.

How to use the Create / Edit Check Screen:

Scan the check.
Click on Scan Check.
Click OK on the message that will appear.
Click on preview/prescan.
Click on Start.
Make sure Scan Check button now says Scanned OK!
Enter a receivable payment.
Fill the necessary information in Account: Receivable fields (2).
Click on Save (3).

NOTE: A new portion of the Create / Edit Check appeared below.
Apply the entered receivable payment to the associated scheduled payment.
Double click on the associated schedule payment row in the lower portion of the Create / Edit Check screen.
Click on Apply Payment.
NOTE: Make sure the checkbox in the paid column is now checked.
Click on Close Form.
Scan the Contract.
Click on Scan now.
Click OK on the message that will appear.
Click on preview/prescan.
Click on Start.
