Confirmator is in charge of lead confirmation. Leads set by your agents, rehash, canvassers and any other sources have to go thought the confirmation process.
Below is the recommended confirmation deadlines and other common confirmation business practices.
Confirm appointments:
Confirmator functions as the second stop in Dialer Pro's lead processing cycle.
Confirmator calls leads that are technically matching the company's policy and matching the company's prospective client profile to confirm appointments.
It is the Confirmator's job to confirm every lead that got to the confirmation screen according to the company polices.
Standard confirmation company polices below:
A lead has to be confirmed and moved to dispatch at most two hours before the appointment time.
Morning appointments have to be confirmed a day before.
Weekend appointments have to be confirmed on Friday.
Confirmation tasks prior to the confirmation phone call:
Listen to the initial agent to client conversation recording. (If there is one) Read initial agent lead notes.
Check the client's address in Google maps.
Check Zillow estimate.
Check 411 reverse phone and address to validate clients information.
Lead Disposition:
Disposition the lead according to the confirmation call result.
Successfully confirmed leads dispositioned to the Dispatch.
Leads that their appointments have to be rescheduled dispositioned to the Reschedule.
Leads that cannot be rescheduled at this time but are qualified leads that are matching the company's requirements go to Rehash.
