Dispatcher functions as the third stop in Dialer Pro's lead processing cycle in which the leads are going through.
Dispatcher dispatches a salesman to appointments that were confirmed by the confirmator.
It is the Dispatcher's job to make sure that a salesman is dispatched to every lead appointment in the Dispatch screen.
Standard dispatch company polices below:
Appointment date and time can't be in the past, no matter the reason.
NOTE: Even if you missed the appointment the lead should be moved to reschedule.
Appointment result has to be updated at most a day after the appointment.
Appointment is not moved to production without receiving a check and a contract.
