Navigate to the Monitor Workstations Screen:
Menu -> Dialer -> Monitor Workstations.
Purpose of the Monitor Workstations Screen:
Monitor Workstations screen is used to monitor the agents using the dialer in live mode. The Real-Time Report in the lower portion
of the screen is used to monitor the dialer performance in live mode. This screen is essential for proper room management.
What you see in the Monitor Workstations Screen:

Off field counts users in the program that are not dialing.

On field counts users in the program that are in the dialer screen.
-
Fetching field counts users in the dialer screen that are actively dialing.

Talking field counts users in the dialer screen that are talking.
-
Dial/Talk % field shows percentage ratio of users dialing versus user talking.

Avg. Wait field show the average waiting time between calls.
-
In Lead Pg field counts users currently in the lead page.
-
In CallBack Pg counts users in callbacks page.
-
Always on top checkbox, if checked, leaves the monitor workstations screen always on top of other screens.

This box shows the average waiting time for last 5 calls.

This box shows the % ratio between calls and talks.

Workstation column contains the user workstation names.

Agent column contains the user name.
-
Extension # column shows the extension associated with this workstation.

Wait column shows the current waiting time.

Calls column shows the amount of calls this agent made today.

Status column shows the status of the current call.

Dur. column shows the current talking time.
-
Campaign column shows the campaign in use by the agent.

Leads column shows the number of leads left in the current campaign.

OK will turn red if there is a low lead quantity.

ale button is colored green by default. It will turn red if an agent pressed Call mgr in the dialer screen. Click on it will release the alert.
