Agent Performance screen is used to generate statistics of various agent performance factors on daily basis. This screen counts how many leads were created and transferred to validation screen by the agent.
What you see in the Agents Performance Screen:
Hour Report generates a report that shows the Calls/Leads ratio per hour for the last 3 months.
Calls Stats refreshes the information on this screen.
Contains statistics organized by date.
Contains Agents performance statistics on a specific day.
Contains List of Agents worked on the selected date.
Contains total call results statistics.
Contains the selected agent call results statistics.
