Navigate to the Calls History Screen:
Menu -> Dialer -> Calls History.
Purpose of the Calls History Screen:
This screen is used as a phone calls log. You can short the list by Date/Time, Agent and Phone number.
It is particularly useful when an agent is on the phone with a promising client and the phone gets disconnected.
