Manage Products

Navigate to the Manage Products Screen:

Menu -> System -> Manage Products Screen.

Purpose of the Manage Products Screen:

The purpose of this screen is to manage the products available to the agent during lead creation. In this screen you are able to add, edit and remove products.

What you see in the Manage Products Screen:

Product list.
Product name and description.
New product.
Edit product.
Delete product.
Copy to webform.
Close Manage Products screen.

How to use the Manage Products Screen:

Add Product.
To add a new product click on New Product and fill the product name.
Click on Save to save the new added product
Edit Product.
Select a product from the product list.
Click on Edit Product.
Make the desired changes.
Click on Save to save your changes.
Delete Product.
Select a product from the product list.
Click on Delete Product.
Confirm deletion.

4. Copy a Product to the Webform.

Select a product from the product list.
Click on Copy to Webform.
