Manage Leads Sources

Navigate to the Manage Lead Sources Screen:

Menu -> System -> Manage Lead Sources.

Purpose of the Manage Lead Sources Screen:

The purpose of this screen is to manage the different lead sources to be available for selection during lead process.

How to use the Manage Lead Sources Screen:

Add a new source -
Click on Add Source.
Input the Lead Source name.
Click on Save to save the source.
Edit an existing source -
Select a source.
Click on Edit Source.
Edit the relevant information.
Click on Save to save the changes.
Delete a source -
Select a source.
Click on Delete Source.
Confirm Deletion.

Note: You cannot delete a source that is already been used in leads!
Show/Hide the hidden sources in the source list-

Click on Show Hide to show or to hide the hidden sources in the source list.
Hide a source from regular users -
The users won't be able to select this source for future use.
Select a source.
Click on Edit Source.
Click on Hide checkbox near the name of the source you want to hide.
Click on Save.

Notes:

When you add a source and use it in the lead processes you can not delete that source anymore because it know exists in the database.

You can hide a source that you no longer want to allow to select to your users.

You cannot edit or delete the sources that are marketed in the system checkbox! They are for internal use of the program.
