Dialer Pro - Quality Control

Navigate to the Quality Control Screen:

Click the

button at the top taskbar.

Purpose of the Quality Control Screen:

Quality control screen is used to do a quality control test after the salesman appointment.

What you see in the Quality Control Screen:

Dates list organizes the quality control appointments by date.
Clients list table contains the selected date in Dates list (2) appointments information.
Lead information.
Initial Lead Information / Appointment Information tabs.
Initial Lead Information / Appointment Information tabs details.
Make Quality Control button open the quality control disposition screen.
Appointments list.
Print Card prints the lead information.
H is used to open the lead history.

How to use the Quality Control Screen:

Disposition a lead in the Reschedule Screen.
Select the required date from Dates list.
Select the required appointment from Clients list.
Click on Set Appointment to open the Setup Appointments screen and follow

instructions in Setup Appointments Screen.
