Create Payments

Navigate to the Create Invoices screen:

Click the

button at the top taskbar. -> Accounting tab -> All Projects, Payable -> Pay Open Invoices (5)

Purpose of the Create Invoices screen:

This screen is used to view open invoices and and convert them into payable transactions.

NOTE: The invoice can be paid partially.

How to use the Create Invoices screen:

Approve an open invoice.
Select the invoice that you want to pay from invoices list.
Hit the space button to include the select invoice in the check.
Select the second invoices to repeat the process, if required, repeat until processed all required invoices.
Click on Close the screen and save changes.

NOTE: all invoices selected will show as one payable.

NOTE: To partially pay an invoice select the required invoice and type in the required amount.
View selected scanned invoice.
Select invoice from invoices list (2).
Click on View Invoice (7).
