Purpose of the Dialer Status and setup -
Dialer Setup - Audio Setting Screen
:
This screen is used to configure the audio devices connected to this computer to work with Dialer Pro.
You can select an accessible audio file as a ringtone file to be used as the default ringtone for the call inside the program. Enable/Disable recording is done from this screen as well as selecting a new folder to store the recordings.

Speaker dropdown box allows you to select the type and model of the speakers that are currently connected to this station.
Mic dropdown box allows you to select the type and model of the microphone that is currently connected to this station.
Save Audio Devices button saves the changes done to Speaker4 and Mic(5).
Select ringtone file button allows choosing a ringtone for phone calls between different workstations using Dialer Pro.
Recording Status button enables/disables the recordings of the phone calls made thru Dialer Pro.
Select folder to save recordings button allows changing the default recordings folder location.
How to use the Dialer Status and setup -
Dialer Setup - Audio Setting Screen

Configure the audio devices for the current workstation.
Make sure the audio device (headset, etc) is plugged in to the workstation you are on.
Select the plugged in audio device in Speaker (4) dropdown box.
Select the plugged in microphone in Mic (5) dropdown box.
Click on Save Audio Devices.
Select a ringtone file for the phone calls between Dialer Pro stations.
Click on Select ringtone file (7).
Navigate to the ringtone you want to assign. Make sure its a file with an audio format like .mp3 or .WAV
Double click on the file.
Enable/Disable recordings.
Click on Recording Status (8) to enable/disable the recordings.
Recording is ON is selected by default and means that Dialer Pro records every phone call that is made from the program.
Recording is OFF means that Dialer Pro doesn't record phone calls.
Change the default folder designated to save the recordings that are made thru Dialer Pro.
