Dialer Pro - Search for a lead
Navigate to the Search for a Lead Screen:
Click the
button at the top taskbar.
Purpose of the Search for a Lead screen:
Find A Lead Screen is used to find an existing lead in the system.
What you see in the Search for a Lead screen:

Results list shows the search results.

Close closes the Search for a Lead window.
How to use the Search for a Lead screen:
-
Find a existing lead in the database.

Input the known information about the required lead in Search box (2) and click enter.
Note: first name, last name, phone numbers, address , project number, etc.

Find and click on the required search result in search results list (2).

Click on Select to open the lead.
