Purpose of the Dialer Status and setup - Dialer Setup - SIP Providers Screen:
This screen is used to create and tune up SIP providers to be used by Dialer Pro dialer.
What you see in the Dialer Status and setup - Dialer Setup - SIP Providers Screen:

Providers - available SIP providers column.

Act - this checkbox shows if the SIP provider is active or inactive.
Def - Default account.

Trnk - Indicate SIP account.

Def Tr - Default SIP trunk account.

New - create a new SIP provider.

Edit - edit the selected SIP provider.

Delete - delete the selected SIP provider.

Account General Info - contains the selected SIP provider information and setup.

Acct. is Active - checkbox is used to make the SIP provider active / inactive.

VCDial Acct - you need to check this field when a VCdial is the dialing engine of Dialer Pro.

Codecs list - contains the various codecs that is used to communicate by the selected SIP provider.

SIP Account info - contains SIP account details and tune up.

Its a SIP Trunk - check if this is a SIP trunk account.

Accept inbound calls - requires a valid inbound phone number.
Domain / Proxy - Type in the domain of your SIP provider.

NO Registration - Check when no registration required.

Call Monitoring User - the ViCidial user username that is used for listening and barging.
Call Monitoring PW - the ViCidial user password that is used for listening and barging.

Prefix phone # - Your SIP provider prefix, if required, or use DCID to turn on dynamic caller ID.

Proxy Port - The port your SIP provider is listening on.
Listening Port - On what port the workstation is listening. Keep zero for dynamic selection.
