Purpose of the Time Clock Reports tab Screen:
Reports tab Screen shows a weekly payroll log that contains a list of all the employees that worked on the selected week and their logins and logouts.
What you see in the Time Clock Reports tab Screen:

Print Hours Report prints a detailed report that contains the employees clock in and outs on a specific day.

Dates list contains dates organized by payroll weeks.

Employee list contains the employees that worked during the selected week.
