Log Ons

Navigate to the Time Clock Screen:

Menu -> Reports , Audits -> Time Clock

Purpose of the Time Clock Screen:

This screen allows to view and modify the logins and logouts of Dialer Pro users on a required day.

What you see in the Time Clock Screen:

Time Clock tab.
Today centers the Dates list on today's date.
Drop down box contains Dialer Pro user list.
Add adds the selected user to the clock in / out list
Dates log.
Employees list.
Modify Hours / Stop Modify - allows to modify the hours in the selected Time Clock record.
Add Record - adds a new record in Log ON / OFF log.
Delete Record - deletes a new record in Log ON / OFF log.
Auto Clock Out - Dialer Pro assigns missing clock outs to records.

NOTE: The clock out time is based on the last time the agent used the keyboard on the selected day.
