button at the top taskbar. -> Contacts - Recordings tab
Purpose of the Recordings tab:
This tab contains all the recordings for the selected user.
What you see in the Recordings tab:

New Contact - Create new contact.

Edit Contact - Edit existing contact.

Delete Contact - Delete existing contact.

Documents - open the documents associated with the selected user screen.
