This screen allows you to manage the workstations. Assign and revoke full accesses to and from a workstation. This screen also allows you to assign a specific dialer station to a specific dialer.
What you see in the Manage Workstations Screen:
Full license checkmark box shows if this station has a full license accesses.
Attached to Dialer column shows if the station is attached to a specific dialer.
Deny checkmark box allows to deny and allow accesses to a specific station. Double click on the checkmark box to select.

This area shows how many stations are assigned to a specific dialer and to what dialer the assigned to.

Edit Description allows to edit the Notes.
Release Workstation releases the selected workstation status. Dialer only or full workstation.
a. View ALL button shows all existing workstations.
b. FULL WS button shows only full workstations with full accesses.
c. Dialer button shows only Dialer workstations with Dialer only accesses.
'Hide Empty' checkmark allows to hide the empty, not assigned, stations from the station list.
'Print Licenses' generates a page with all the licenses available.
'Assign Dialer to Stations' button allows to assign the selected station to a specific dialer.
How to use the Manage Workstations Screen:
Add a new company:
Click on New Company.
Fill the company information in selected company information.
Fill the Company's Caller ID in Company's Caller ID.
Enter the company's website at Company's website.
Click the Save button.
Select the newly added company in the companies list.
Click on Edit Projects Numbers.
Assign a prefix to the new company's projects.
Assign a number that will present the first project number.
Click Save.
Activate/Deactivate a Company:
Click on Edit Projects Numbers.
Click on Company is Active / Company is Inactive.
Click Save.
Select a default company to be selected for the agents during lead generation from the dialer.
Select the company from the Companies list.
Click on Edit Company.
Click on Default company for dialers checkmark box.
Click Save.
Edit a company:
Select the company from the Companies list.
Click on Edit Company.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Save.
5. Delete a Company:
Select the company from the Companies list.
Click on Delete Company.
Confirm Deletion.
Notes:
In order for the lead to be created and proceed there must be at least one created and activated company at the Manage Companies screen.
To allow the agent or the manager to select from multiple companies all the required companies must be activated.
When multiple companies selection exist you can manage their priority by changing the number in the Priority field.
You can assign each company a Companys Caller ID that will be used to make phone calls from the program outside. (Except the dialer screen!)
To enable: click on Dialer in Dialer Pro menu -> Dialer SIP Setup -> Setup SIP Account -> Setup Caller IDs
