Dialer - Load New Leads

Navigate to the Load New Leads:

Open your browser (EX: Firefox, Internet Explorer) -> Type in the address bar the address of your dialer (192.168.1.7 is the default address) ->

Click on Administration -> Log in with your user ->

Click on Lists -> Load New Leads

Purpose of the Load New Leads:

This screen is used to load phone numbers from your list (excel or text file containing list of phones and names)

into the dialer.

What you see in the Load New Leads:

Load leads from this file: ____ Browse.. - the browse button allows to select the list file.
List ID Override: - this dropdown box selects the target list to load the numbers into.
Lead Duplicate Check: - this dropdown box allows to check for duplicates in current list, current campaign or

entire Dialer Pro dialer database.
SUBMIT - loads the new numbers into the selected list.
START OVER - resets the current window to defaults.
BACK TO ADMIN: - opens the main Lists page in the dialer.

How to use the Load New Leads:

Load new Leads into existing list:
Click on Browse.. (1).
Navigate to your listing file.

NOTE: The file has to be a txt or CSV (excel) file!
NOTE: To avoid errors make sure to use the file you exported from Dialer Pro.
Select the required file.
Click on OK.
Click on List ID Override dropbox (2) and select the proper existing target list in the dialer.
Click on SUBMIT (4).
Check duplicates during the leads load:
Click on Lead Duplicate Check dropbox (3) and chose the required duplicate check.
Click on SUBMIT.

NOTE: Use Dialer Pro's manage lists system to check for duplicates.
