Open your browser -> Type in the address bar the address of your dialer (192.168.1.7 is the default address) ->
Click on Administration -> Log in with your user ->
Click on Campaigns -> Click on AC-CID -> Click on the relevant campaign ID.
Purpose of the Campaign Caller ID Screen:
This screen is used to assign caller IDs to the dialer's selected campaign. Each outbound caller ID has to be associated with an area code. The system assigns caller IDs from this screen to any phone call made from Dialer Pro's dialer screen.
What you see in the Campaign Caller ID Screen:
Campaigns - campaigns list.
AC-CID - areacode caller IDs for the campaign.
ARECODE CIDS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN fields - existing called IDs list.
Submit changes - submits the changes.
ADD NEW AREACODE CID fields - used to add a new caller ID.
ADD - used to submit the new caller ID.
How to use the Campaign Caller ID Screen:
Add a new caller ID.
Type in the area code, Outbound CID and Description in ADD NEW AREACODE CID fields (3). NOTE: area code (5) represents the area code of the phone numbers in the current campaign.
NOTE: Outbound CID (5) has to be a real number that you own.
Click on ADD (6).
Activate a caller ID.
Click on ACTIVATE checkbox in ARECODE CIDS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN fields (3).
Click on SUBMIT CHANGES (4).
Delete a caller ID.
Click on DELETE in ARECODE CIDS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN fields (3).
