Menu -> System -> Dialer Pro Options -> Projects Options tab.
Dialer Pro Options – Projects Options Screen purpose:
This screen allows you to change the default Lead Cost percentage and the salesman default commission on a global scale. You can also change both values for a specific salesman in this screen.
NOTE: Values assigned as defaults for a specific salesman will always override the current global values for that specific salesman.
What you see in the Projects Options Screen:

Projects Options Tab.
Lead Cost Percentage field contains the lead cost default percentage.
Salesman Default Commission field contains the salesman default commission percentage.
Salesman contains the salesman name.
Commission % contains the salesman percentage.
Lead Cost % contains the lead cost associated with the specific salesman.
Change Salesman Commission button allows changing the default commission % and Lead Cost % for a specific salesman.
Save saves changes.
Cancel cancels the changes.
Close closes this screen.
How to use the Projects Options Screen:
Change the default lead cost % and salesman default commission.
Click on Lead Cost Percentage and change the default lead cost percentage.
Click on Salesman Default Commission and change the default lead cost percentage.
Click Save.
Change the default commission % and/or lead cost % for a specific salesman.
Click on Change Salesman Commission.
Select in column the required salesman.
Change the Commission % and/or Lead Cost % amounts to the required amounts.
