Dialer Pro Options – General Options Screen purpose:
This screen is used to change the company name on the main screen. It is also used to setup the license placeholder and the SMS carrier URL. You can change the default bonus amounts for different lead stages to pay the agents on this screen. You can enable/disable the built-in browser from this screen as well as change the program background color.
What you see in the General Options Screen:
HIS Options.
General Options Tab.
Company name. Will show in main screen. Field shows the company name that will appear in main screen.
CSLB URL. Type *License* where you want the license number to be placed.
SMS URL. If filled, MUST include *phone* and msg*
Not Used.
Confirmed lead field contains the default amount to pay the agent for a confirmed lead.
IA Lead field contains the default amount to pay the agent for instant appointment.
Pay for a sit with client contains the default amount to pay the agent for sit with a client.
Lead Become Project contains the default amount to pay the agent for sold leads.
Select Background Color button is used to select the background color.
This checkbox is used to enable/disable the built – in browser that comes with the program.
Save button saves the changes.
Cancel button cancels the changes.
Close button closes the screen.
How to use the General Options Screen:
Change the company name that appears in the main screen -
Click on Company name. Will show in main screen(3).
Type in the required name.
Click Save.
Update the SMS carrier information.
Click on SMS URL. If filled, MUST include *phone* and *msg*.
Fill the URL that the SMS carrier gave you.
make sure to fill in the URL the to= and msg= placeholders (keywords) with *phone* and *msg*.
Change the program background color.
Click on Select Background Color.
Choose the necessary color.
Click on Save.
Change default amounts to pay for different lead stages.
Click on the required field(7-10) you want to change.
Type the necessary amount.
Click Save.
Enable the built-in browser.
Check/uncheck the Use built in browser. Safer checkbox to enable/disable the built-in browser.
