Confirmation screen is used by the confirmator to confirm leads that are validated by the room manager. The confirmator is able to listen to recordings, change lead details, call clients and disposition the lead accordingly. The confirmator is able to check the address in Bing and Google maps, check Zillow estimate and check 411 reverse phone and address.
What you see in the Confirmation screen:
Dates list.
Appointments list.
Lead information.

Confirm Appointment is used to open confirm appointment screen.
Appointments list.
Goto Today is used to select today date in Dates box.
This filed will be highlighted red if unconfirmed appointment with a passed date exists.
Not in use.
This button opens Bing maps for the selected client address.
This button opens Google maps for the selected client address.
This button opens Zillow estimate for the selected client house.
This button opens 411 reverse phone for the selected client.
This button opens 411 reverse address for the selected client address.
Check for new leads checks for new leads and updates the confirmation screen accordingly.
Print Card prints the lead information on a paper.
H allows viewing lead history.
How to use the Confirmation screen:
Update the confirmations list.
Click on Check for new leads to receive the leads that passed the validation stage.
Print the lead information.
Click on Print Card to print information about the lead.
Check lead history to see the events that occurred to this specific leads.
Click on H to view lead history. Read more in Lead History Screen.
Confirm appointment.
Select the needed date from Dates list.
Select the confirmation you want to work on from Appointments list.
Click on Confirm Appointment to open the confirm appointment screen and follow
instructions in Confirm Appointment Screen.
Purpose of the Confirm Appointment screen:
Confirm appointment screen is used by the confirmator to go over a specific lead's information and disposition it accordingly.
What you see in the Confirm Appointment screen:
Customer information.
Appointment date and time and company.
A company can decide to have up to 5 questions that the confirmator will have to ask the client and fill the answer in the relevant box.
Phone call memo allows the confirmator to input notes about the phone call.
Initial Calls Notes allows the confirmator to read the previous associated notes with the client.
Elusive Customer disposition the lead to the reschedule screen.
Call Later – Preserve leads status is used to send the lead back to the main confirmation screen to try to confirm at a later date.
Confirmed sends the lead to dispatch.
Rehash is used to send the lead to rehash.
Toss it – Totally no good. allows the confirmator to toss the not good lead.
Save is used to confirm the disposition selection.
Cancel cancels all the changes and returns the lead to the main confirmation screen.
This button is used to send an email to the client.
How to use the Confirm Appointment screen:
Answer the questions in fields (3), if any.
Put a note about the confirmation phone call in Phone call memo.
Select lead disposition:
To toss the lead click on Toss it – Totally no good.
To send to reschedule the lead click on Elusive Customer and click Save.
To send back to confirmation click on Call Later – Preserve leads status and click Save.
To send to dispatch click on Confirmed and click Save.
To send the lead to rehash click on Rehash and click Save.
