Navigate to the User Setting tab:
Click the
button at the top taskbar. -> Contacts - Details tab -> User setting tab.
Purpose of the User Setting tab:
This tab contains user personal information and the personal caller ID associated with the user.
What you see in the User Setting tab:

Personal Caller ID will assign the user a caller ID that will override all other caller IDs in priority.

Personal Hour Rate contain user's wage per hour.

Personal Overtime Rate contain user's overtime wage per hour.

When send SMS, Add mobile as callback.
How to use the User Setting tab:
Assign a personal Caller ID.
Change the user's personal hourly wage and/or personal overtime hourly wage.

Type in the required amount in fields 2-3.
