Navigate to the Set Prizes and Publish Message Screen:
Menu -> Dialer -> Set Prizes and Publish Message.
Purpose of the Set Prizes and Publish Message Screen:
This screen is used to assign prizes for IA leads and confirmed leads. The agents will get a message on their dialer screen telling them that until a specific date and time there will be a bonus applied for confirmed leads or/and IA leads. You can also publish a message to the agents on the dialer screen.
What you see in the Set Prizes and Publish Message Screen:
Pay Extra for Confirmed lead field assigns bonus to leads that were generated by an agent and passed confirmation.
Pay Extra for IA field assigns bonus to IA leads that was generated by an agent.
In effect through field assigns a deadline on both prize options in 1 and 2.
Save button saves the changes to 1 - 3.
Cancel button cancels changes to 1 -3.
This box outputs a message on the agents dialer screen.
Save button save the changes to 6.
Cancel button cancels the changes to 6.
How to use the Set Prizes and Publish Message Screen:
Assign a bonus for an IA.
Click on Pay Extra for IA field to assign a bonus for IA leads and input the required number (IA - the time of the appointment is 4 hours maximum from the time of the lead generation.).
Click on In effect through to assign an end date and time for the bonus for an IA.
Click on Save.
Note: the bonus will be assigned to IA leads generated between the time you assign the bonus (Input a number in 4 and click on 6) until the time and date you will input in In effect through.
Assign a bonus for Confirmed Leads.
Click on Pay Extra for Confirmed Lead field to assign a bonus for Confirmed leads and input the required number.
Click on In effect through to assign an end date and time for the bonus for an confirmed lead.
Click on Save.
Note: the bonus will be assigned to confirmed leads generated between the time you assign the bonus (Input a number in 4 and click on 6) until the time and date you will input in In effect through. Lead generation time is different from confirmation time. The lead can be confirmed after the prizes deadline and still get the bonus.
Publish a message to Agents on their Dialer Screen.
Input the required message in message box(8).
Click on Save.
Note: to stop showing the message on the dialer screen erase the message and click on Save.
