Purpose of the Permissions Screen:
This screen is used to modify Dialer Pro users permissions. You can limit or allow access to specific screens, specific buttons and etc.

How to use the Permissions Screen:
Assign Room Manager, Confirmator, Dispatcher, Production, Rehash/Reload or Reception permissions template.

Select the relevant user type in the user type filter box, if needed.

Click on the required user in User list.

To set Room Manager template permissions to the user click on Set as Room Manager.

To assign Confirmator template permissions to the user click on Set as Confirmator.

To assign Dispatcher template permissions to the user click on Set as Dispatcher.

To assign Production template permissions to the user click on Set as Production.

To assign as Rehash/Reload template permissions to the user click on Set as Rehash/Reload.

To assign Reception template permissions to the user click on Reception.

Change user specific permissions.

Select the relevant user type in the user filter box, if needed.

Click on the required user in User list.

Click on Click to SET permissions.

Double click on a specific permission to add/remove it.

Note. Active permissions are highlighted yellow.

Click on Click to SAVE permissions to save the changes.

Copy/Paste permissions from one user to another.

Select the relevant user type in the user type filter box, if needed.

Click on the user you want to copy the permissions from in User list.

Click on the user you want to paste the permissions to in User list.
