Purpose of the P&L - Profit and Loss tab:
This screen is used to view the real-time profit and loss table.
What you see in the P&L - Profit and Loss tab:

Refresh P&L List button update the table to current values.

Print P&L Report button prints the P&L report.

Projects' Docs button opens project documents menu.

H button opens the lead history screen.
