Click the button at the top taskbar. -> Open Payments tab.
Purpose of the Open Payments tab:
This screen is used to view all open scheduled payments.
What you see in the Open Payments tab:
Customer Information.
Salesman name, call salesman phone and send salesman a text message fields.
Manager name, call manager phone and send manager a text message fields.
Open SP tab.
Open scheduled payments list.
Refresh scheduled payments list.
Send SMS button.
Future scheduled payments field.
Over due scheduled payments field.
Total open scheduled payments field.
Goto Project button opens the project attached to the currently selected open payment.
Edit open payment button allows to edit the currently selected open payment.
Print open scheduled payments button prints a list of all open payments.
Project Docs buttons opens the Project Docs menu.
H button opens the lead history screen.
SMS button opens the send SMS screen.
NOTE: You can view all the company's open payments or select a specific salesman and view his open payments only. To view open payments that belong to a specific salesman go to projects tab and click on filter (3) and select the required salesman. Go back to Open SP tab.
