Navigate to the Notes tab:
Click the
button at the top taskbar. -> Contacts - Notes tab
Purpose of the Notes tab:
This tab contains all the notes for the selected user.
What you see in the Notes tab:

User filter by user type.

New - creates a new note.

Edit - edits existing note.

Delete - deletes existing note.

New Contact - creates a new contact.

Edit Contact - edit a new contact.

Delete Contact - Delete existing contact.

Documents - open the documents associated with the selected user screen.

Type the note's title and content in Notes content.
