Navigate to the Dialer Status and setup - Manage Lists Screen:
Menu -> Dialer -> Dialer Status and setup -> Manage Phone Lists.
Purpose of the Dialer Status and setup - Manage Lists Screen:
Dialer Pro filters the imported list containing clients information by cities. First use the Import Phone Lists screen to export your list to Dialer Pro. Use the Manage Lists screen to designate cities names you want to work in. Create a new listing and transfer records from those cities to the required list. Export those records to the dialer. Exported records will be saved in Dialer Pro database.
What you see in the Dialer Status and setup - Manage Lists Screen:

Manage Lists tab.
List Name column contains the list names.
Total Records column contains the total number of records in the existing lists.
New Records column contains the number of new records available for export in the existing lists.
Cities IN List column contains cities that belong to the current selected list in column(3).
Free Cities column contains allowed to be imported cities that werent assigned to any listing yet(In the Allowed cities list, Filter(11) is on) and not allowed to be imported cities (Not in the allowed cities, Filter(11) is off).
Allowed Cities(8) column contains a list of cities that are allowed to be assigned to a listing.
Field(9) contains the list name.
Field(10) contains notes about the current list.
Filter is ON(11) button enables/disables the filter that hides/unhide cities in the Free Cities(7) that are not in the Allowed Cities(8).
Select All Free Cities(12) button selects all free cities available for selection.
New(13) button creates a new list in List Name(3) column.
Edit(14) button edits an existing list selected in List Name(3) column.
Delete(15) button allows to delete an existing list selected in List Name(3) column.
Recount Lists – re-inventory all records in the existing listings.
Export to Dialer button exports the available new records from a selected list in List Name(3).
Export PHONE ONLY button exports existing phone records in all of the lists.
How to use the Dialer Status and setup - Manage Lists Screen:
Import a new client list to the program.
Create a new list.
Click on New.
Type the list name in field.
Type the List description in field ,if any.
Click on Save.
Edit an existing list.
Select an existing list from List Name.
Click on Edit.
Change, if required, the list name in field.
Change, if required, the List description in field.
Click on Save.
Delete an existing list.
Select an existing list from List Name.
Click on Delete.
Confirm deletion.
Move imported client records (Import Phone Lists stage) to an existing list.
Uncheck Filter is ON to view all cities in the Free Cities. Find the necessary city and right click on it with the mouse to add the list to the list of allowed cities. Repeat for any other required cities in the Free Cities.
Check Filter is ON to show cities in Free Cities that are ready to be imported to the existing lists.
Select the required list from List Name.
Double click on the required city in Free Cities to move it to the selected list.
Note that the selected city disappeared from Free Cities and New Record number in the associated list increased.
Export the new available numbers from an existing list.
Select the required list from List Name. Make sure there is records available in New Records.
Click on Export to Dialer.
Please navigate to the folder where you want to save the exported List.
Select the exported list file type. The recommended format to use is Tab Delimited(.txt).
Dialer Pro will open the folder you selected in c containing the exported list.
Export phone numbers only from all of the existing lists.
Click on Export PHONE ONLY.
