Agent:
Agent's main task is to generate leads. Agents use Dialer Pro predictive dialer interface to process outbound campaigns.
Below is the general and specific to Dialer Pro business practices relevant to Agents.
 
Generate appointments:
Agent functions as the lead creator in Dialer Pro's lead processing cycle.
Agent dials a list of prospective clients and tries to generate appointments.
 
Standard Agent company polices below:
During work hours agents must constantly use Dialer Pro dialer interface to try and generate as much leads as they can. The only exception is when an agent works on his / her callbacks.
NOTE: This will ensure maximum dialer efficiency and will lower the waiting time between calls.
When speaking to a prospective client the agent has to click on create a lead (Lead/CB)!
NOTE: This will ensure no prospective client is lost during a sudden disconnection on one of the sides.
If the agent did not clicked on Lead/CB and the line disconnected the dialer will automatically connect the agent with the next client. 
 
Agent Lead Disposition standard company polices:
Disconnected numbers and fax machine numbers are dispositioned as Not Good (N/G).
Spanish speaking prospective clients are dispositioned as Spanish, unless the agent is able to process the lead in Spanish.
Prospective clients that agreed to schedule an appointment dispositioned as a Lead (Lead/CB).
NOTE: Agents have to fill all the relevant lead information during lead creation before they send the lead to the Room Manager.
The do not call disposition (DNC) is to be used based on the company's DNC polices only!
