Navigate to the Agent tab:
Click the
button at the top taskbar. -> Contacts - Details tab -> Agent tab.
Purpose of the Agent tab:
This tab contains Agent's wage per hour and lead bonuses.
What you see in the Agent tab:

Confirmed Lead - bonus amount to pay the agent if the lead was confirmed.

Lead become Project - bonus amount to pay the agent if the lead became a project.

IA Confirmed - bonus amount to pay the agent if the IA lead was a confirmed.

Pay a sit w/ client - bonus amount to pay the agent if there was a sit with the client.

External Dialer Alias - Special agent alias that is used as agent identification ID during lead input
from a web form.

How to use the Agent tab:
Edit agent's personal bonuses for different lead disposition.

Click on the field you want to edit.

Type in the required number.
