Dialer Pro Options –Leads Options Screen purpose:
This screen is used for:
Add/change directing questions the confirmator must answer before proceeding with lead disposition in the confirmation screen.
Enable/disable attaching recordings and notes to the send to salesman email.
Enable/disable the use of quality control.
Enable/disable the send email option from the confirmation screen.
Enable/disable the send email option from the reschedule screen.
What you see in the Leads Options Screen:

General Options Tab – Leads Options.
Question 1-5 fields contain directing questions that the confirmator must answer in order to precede with the disposition the lead as confirmed.
Questions to ask in Quality Control – not in use.
Attach recording and notes to email send to salesman checkbox enable/disable attaching the recordings and notes from the lead to the email that is sent to the salesman with clients details.
Offer Quality Control enable/disable quality control.
Enable Send Email from Confirmation. (Require Confirmation Template) – Enable/disable sending emails from the confirmation screen.
Enable Send Email from Reschedule. (Require Reschedule Template) – Enable/disable sending emails from the reschedule screen.
Create template for Confirmation Email – button opens the manage templates screen.
Save button saves the changes.
Cancel button cancels the changes.
Close button closes the current window.
How to use the Leads Options Screen:
Add/Change directing questions for the confirmator to ask upon confirmation. The confirmation must answer them to continue with lead disposition.
Click on Question 1-5 required fields.
Change/add the required questions that will appear in the confirmator screen.
Click on Save.
Enable/disable attaching recordings and notes from the current lead to the email that is sent to the salesman.
Check/uncheck the Attach recording and notes to email send to salesman checkbox to enable/disable this option.
Click on Save.
Enable/disable sending emails from the confirmation screen.
Check/uncheck the Enable Send Email from Confirmation. (Require Confirmation Template) checkbox to enable/disable this option.
Click on Save.
Enable/disable sending emails from the reschedule screen.
Check/uncheck the Enable Send Email from Reschedule. (Require Reschedule Template) checkbox to enable/disable this option.
