Contacts Screen is used to create and modify users in Dialer Pro. You can modify the user permissions and view the relevant information to each user like recordings, projects, checks and etc.
What you see in the Contacts Screen:
Users list.
Details tab contains the selected user details.
Projects tab contains the selected user projects list.
Apps. tab contains the selected user appointments.
Proposals tab contains the selected user proposals.
Notes tab contains the selected user notes.
Invoices tab contains the selected user invoices.
Checks tab contains the selected user checks.
CSLB tab contains the contractors state license board information.
Permissions tab contains the selected user permissions.
Recordings tab contains the selected user Recordings.
Pref.. tab contains the selected user preferences.
User information area.
Who is this guy - user type tuning.
Salesman tab contains default commission and lead cost percentages.
Contractor tab contains contractor expertise and contractor license and worker comp details.
Agent tab contains the agent's pay per hour and lead bonuses.
Manager tab contains a list of users managed by the selected user manager.
User Setting contains the user's caller ID and personal hour rate.
User type filter box.
New Contact button creates a new user.
Edit Contact button allows to edit the selected user information.
Delete Contact button deletes the selected user.
Documents button allows to view documents attached to the selected user.
Notes field contains notes relevant to the selected user.
Print Details button is not in use in Details screen. NOTE: This button is used in other tabs in the contacts screen and changes accordingly.
This button opens the action history of the user.
How to use the Contacts Screen:
Creating a new user.
Select the relevant user type in the user type filter box.
Click on New Contact.
Fill in the user information.
Note: Fields marked with * are required.
Fill in the specific information.
Checkmark the relevant checkboxes in user type tuning (14).
Assign the user as inactive.
Click on the required user in User list.
Click on Edit Contact.
Click on Inactive in user disposition area.
Click on Save.
Listen to user's recordings.
Click on the required user in User list.
Click on Recordings tab.
Locate and click on the required recording.
Use the recording player to listen to the recordings.
Check user's appointments.
Click on the required user in User list.
Click on Apps. tab.
Locate and click on the required customer to see all attached appointments.
