This screen is used to manage all appointment stages after lead validation and before production including rehash and reschedule. Usually used by smaller companies that process 1-5 leads a day.
What you see in the All Leads screen:
Leads List.
Recordings player.
Calls log.
Selected lead’s appointment list.
Selected appointment notes.
Today organizes the Leads List on today's leads.
Call salesman dials the salesman.
Print Lead Card prints the lead information.
Open in Bing Maps shows the client address in Bing Maps.
Open in Google Maps shows the client address in Google Maps.
Open Zillow map shows the client address in Zillow Maps.
411 Reverse Phone shows the phone information in 411.
411 Reverse Address shows the address information in 411.
Dispositions the lead accordingly.
Confirm Lead opens the Confirm Appointment screen.
Dispatch Lead opens the Dispatch Appointment screen.
Rehash opens the Rehash screen.
Reschedule opens the Reschedule screen.
Get Appointment Results opens the Dispatch Appointment screen.
IA checkbox shows if the appointment was an IA.
Cnf checkbox shows if the appointment was confirmed.
Lead Properties show the lead properties.
H opens the selected lead history.
Close closes this screen.
How to use the All Leads screen:
Disposition the required appointment.
Select the required appointment from Leads list.
Click on the required appointment in Appointment list.
button at the top taskbar.
